Oven to Crock Pot

I love my crock pot but there are a lot of recipes that I adore (like casseroles) that are cooked in the oven.  This is  a chart to help convert the cooking time from the oven to the crock pot.

Zesty Italian Chicken

I made this tonight and it was so good I'm actually taking left overs for lunch tomorrow.  I hate left overs.  Hubby also loved it so it's a win win.

My Favorite Things

I am in love with Crock Pot (r) or slow cooker or whatever you want to call it.  It is so nice to have dinner ready and waiting on me when I get in from work.  I make the recipe, put it in the fridge and then in the morning place it in the Crock Pot (r).  I have two slow cookers that I adore, I have to say slow cooker because only one is a name brand Crock Pot (r).  The best part is the Slow Cooker liners!  They allow me to simply throw away the mess and start over.  No scrubbing and whatnot.
