Garlic Beef Stroganoff*

- 1 Beef Bullion Cube
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Lbs Beef Top Round
- 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 16 Oz Noodles
- Dissolve the beef bullion cube in the boiling water.
- Cut the beef into bite sized pieces and place in crock pot.
- Add the dissolved beef bullion and remaining ingredients (except the sour cream) into the crock pot.
- Gently stir the contents.
- Cook on low for 8 hrs.
- Before serving cook noodle and add sour cream to the crock pot mixture.
- Serve crook pot mixture over noodles and enjoy.
